- Communicate with travelers via phone, chat, and email in a professional and enthusiastic manner, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
- Assist customers with managing hotel and flight reservations as well as car rental bookings.
- Handle customer information responsibly and ensure the confidentiality and security of travelers’ data.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality customer service and provide effective solutions to travelers.
- The role requires regular use of a computer and keyboard, including navigating internal systems and performing tasks digitally.
- Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
- Motivation to learn and develop within the tourism and travel industry.
- Ability to work with a computer and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
